pskidsthe right start is for every child’s educational experience. At St. John’s Preschool, we consider the spiritual, intellectual, social, artistic, and physical growth of our students as we prepare them for what lies

ahead. Above all, we work to provide a nurturing environment where age-specific programs were developed to meet the needs of our students.

St. John’s Pre-School Provides:

A basic Christian foundation from which a child can experience God’s Love.

  • Continued contact with playmates of the same age.
  • Participation in activities with other children.
  • Comfortable settings with routine, security, and affection conducive to learning and having fun.
  • An appreciation for the world around children & their place in it.
  • A positive first classroom experience.

Our Pre-School is developed with the needs of today’s child in mind. We believe that children have a need to accept himself or herself as an important and worthwhile person.

In addition, they need to learn how to get along with others through work and play. We also provide an environment which encourages the development of skills through which all future learning will take place. Our average student to teacher ratios: 3 and 4-year old classes are 10 to 1 and Pre K classes are 14 to 1.

3 and 4 year old students attend Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 to 11:15 a.m.

Pre-K classes are half-day from 8:00 to 11:15 a.m. OR full-day from 8:00  to 2:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

We also offer latch key services beginning at 7:15 a.m. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, this service is available after school until 5:00 p.m.
