To initiate the automatic payment plan you must sign a paper at St. John's Rectory authorizing the bank to begin the deductions. This paper must be signed by May 30, 2011 so the June payment can be made. All deductions will be made on the 5th of each month.
*Everyone who is already having their payments deducted will find the authorization enclosed with this statement. If you wish to continue with this program, please sign the authorization form and return it to the office by May 30th.
*Through the generosity of parishioners and others who have made bequests to Delphos St. John’s, there are monies set aside for those who can’t afford tuition. Our Tuition Assistance Fund is available to St. John’s parishioners who qualify based on financial need. Those seeking aid must complete a Student Aid Form by mid-July of the same school year for which the aid is being requested.
