Chief Meteorologist Visits St. John's Second Graders

WLIO's Chief Meteorologist Jason Mikell took time out of his day on Thursday, March 16, to spend time teaching our second graders about weather.  The students were able to share with Mr. Mikell what they have been learning about weather in second grade, and also ask him questions about his career.  They were excited to share stories about weather experiences and their favorite kinds of weather with Jason.  They were also excited to have "watch t.v." as a homework assignment, as their assignment was to watch the WLIO Weather Forecast on the evening news.
