The St. John's Junior High Robotics competed at the Sylvania STEM Center Regional First Lego League competition on Saturday, December 8.  The team qualified for the district competition that will be held this January at Sylvania Timberstone Junior High School.  A total of 24 teams competed for 8 district spots.  This years First Lego League theme was "Into Orbit", where the teams were challenged with completing robot missions, along with creating a solution to a problem related to long duration space flight.  Members include (front row) Ashton Milligan, Elle Gable, Aaron Bockey (back row) Coach Lois MacLennan, Peyton Stabler, Joel Schrader, Gavin Holdgreve, and Curtis Swick.  Congratulations to all our students and thank you Coach MacLennan for all the time and effort you give to our Blue Jay students.
